|Recommended: YesGood Good — wish that my apartment is cleaned properly before i move in... had to get maintenance multiple times. plus noise on street could be loud at times. other than that i've enjoyed living here so far.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have lived over two years in a student infested apartment. That apartment is new and boujee, but there are quite a few defects which I could easily tell. Accordingly, it made me a very picky person resident when the time came to decide to move to another apartment. All in all, everything is great in Center place so far. Like this place.

I do not enjoy having to deal with rust colored water every other month in my apartment and the cost for rent considering this. Also management had not responded to an email I sent a week ago.
