Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNice apartment and facilities. We really enjoy living there. We were concerned though that they raised the rent by 8 this year to extend the contract. It made us feel uncertain as to whether we will continue living here if they continue raising the rent that much next year then we probably move to a place that offers a more financially stable situation .

We are glad you enjoy Center Place. Our renewals are sent out 60-90 days before your expiration, so don't hesitate to reach out to the leasing office to discuss any concerns you may have. It is our goal to keep our residents informed.

|Recommended: YesI Never Knew It Could Be This Good — I moved into CenterPlace in November 2021, and from my very first week, I felt my quality of life improve dramatically. It starts with the 24 7 concierge staffing that is always there, always pleasant, always accommodating, and willing to help residents with whatever they need without waiting to be asked. During that first week, every day I noticed the same friendly and smiling faces vacuuming corridors, polishing barbeque grills, and cleaning windows, and it occurred to me that, yes, from the lobby up to my fifth-floor hallway, everything in view is consistently spotless. Finally, when my kitchen and entry light bulbs blew simultaneously, and I made a maintenance request, the following day, I returned from work, and the lights had been miraculously replaced. The only trace of someone having been there was a nice note left saying the work was complete. AND, the underground parking facilities are always super-well-lit and spotless. Even each resident I have met has been delightful. I feel as if I am living in a world of perfection.
