Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe love Center Place. Harry, John and Kevin at the front desk are so helpful and informative. Melanie and Lynn made our application and move in process seamless. The apartments are beautiful - and the amenities. Fantastic. Fully equipped fitness center, lap pool which you can ask reserve for exclusive use for an hour, car wash on site, and if you have car problems a mechanic will come and pick up the car. We were looking for a community to call home. We found it.

Residents who have become dear friends.
A staff whose kindness and expertise are evident with each encounter.
The courtyard which is a fabulous backyard with none of the work.
Residents of all ages. Can anything be more life-giving than our toddlers
Residents of diverse backgrounds. Because a potpourri pot is more interesting than a melting pot.
Location, location, location. Downtown and Waterfire and Amtrak across the street.
A 24 hour concierge whose presence makes me feel safe so I can focus on all of the above.
Wow! All the feels here on this review. Much appreciated.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLove living here. However we REALLY wish that dogs were allowed on the courtyard. This would be a VERY convenient and SAFE option for dog owners at night time for potty breaks. Please please consider making a portion of the courtyard dog friendly We would be more than happy to pay a monthly fee to take our dogs on the courtyard At night the surrounding area is not the safest and it would be absolutely amazing to just be able to take dogs on the courtyard.
